APPOINTMENT INFORMATION:

Consultation Fee:  $75 and redeemable on cost of full Fitting ($395) if you decide to     proceed at a later date.

CONSULTATIONS  are highly recommended and when carried out by a Physiotherapist,  can be claimed from your health fund if you have the appropriate level of  cover.  They are intended to help you to make an informed decision. At the appointment it can be established if you are a suitable candidate for the Velumount and you can learn more about how, where and why the device works. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have. FITTINGS/WORKSHOPS (NO CONSULTATION):  Alternatively, if you prefer to proceed with a fitting/workshop without firstly attending a consultation, please note that the minimum cost is $150 if during the appointment, you decide not to complete the fitting.  If you wish to choose this option you may book on-line, contact head office on (02)6374 4276 or send an e-mail to info@velumount.com.au.
