We strongly advise you to check your sleep quality after the initial adjustment period. To do this you may wish to hire an ApneaLink monitor from Velumount P/L. The ApneaLink device registers breathing interruptions, reduced breathing and snoring. You may also make enquiries about Apnea-Link or/and other measuring devices with your specialist. Following instructions, you can perform this test in the comfort of your own home.Velumount P/L will provide you with a printout and report on your sleep quality for your further use and records.
